Health Transformation Collaborative
Be Part of Shaping the Next Era of Value-Based
Decision Making & Care with & for the 5Ps
The Health Transformation Collaborative (HTC) is the first transformation node led by TOWWERS 4 Actions, in collaboration with ICHOM, within a multi-therapeutic, multi-year initiative designed to operationalize innovative agreements and accelerate value-based decision-making. Anchored on fit-for-purpose data, real-world collaboration (RWC), and transparent adaptative governance, the HTC demonstrates how alignment among the 5Ps (Patients, Prescribers, Payors, Policymakers, Producers) can turn value-based decision-making (VBDM) into an actionable, sustainable reality for moving health forward.

Accelerating Coverage of Innovation for Patients
Spending Wisely
TOWWERS 4 Actions, a nonprofit organization dedicated to accelerating coverage of innovation for sustainable health systems. Our goal is to support the operationalization of Value-Based Pricing (VBP) in a way that balances the triple aim: patient-centricity – value - affordability.

At TOWWERS, we offer a unique solution for the generation of Real-World Evidence (RWE) paired with Real-World Collaboration (RWC), with and for the 5Ps (Patients - Providers, Policymakers - Pharma - Payers) to define and measure value, with structured governance for all, in the context of equity and trust.

By engaging with patients and providers to prospectively capture relevant, fit-for-purpose, Real-World Data (RWD) we aim to expedite access to innovative therapies by managing uncertainty.

WHY TOWWERS 4 ACTIONS?
Coverage of medication has always been complex. Today, all healthcare stakeholders recognize that is frustrating as we must try to balance different challenges: patient need, clinical & clinico-economic relevance, affordability, and equity.
We are a not-for profit organization dedicated to driving positive change in global health by providing the structured evidence that matters.

Our focus is on achieving the QUINTUPLE AIM
Patient centeredness - Value - Affordability - Experience - Equity

We believe the real issue isn't cost of therapies, but the lack of relevant clinical and socioeconomic data alongside structured collaboration from the 5Ps:
Patients, Providers, Policymakers, Producers, and Payers.
Addressing this data gap through structured real-world collaboration is crucial for advancing healthcare and creating meaningful solutions for faster access to innovative therapies.

Join us for moving health forward anchored on structured collaboration, with and the 5Ps, and fit for purpose data.
TOGETHER, let's build the bridge to the missing pathway
to balance the triple aim
